Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit for specific roles.
- Manage and update candidate databases, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their hiring requirements and provide suitable candidate profiles.
- Prepare candidates for client interviews, offering guidance and feedback to enhance their performance.
- Facilitate the offer and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for placed candidates.
- Contribute to market research, staying informed about industry trends and talent availability.
Requirements
Must-Haves:
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- You possess 1-3 years of proven experience in recruitment or a general HR role, preferably within a job placement consultancy.
- You demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- You have strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- You are proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Nice-to-Haves:
- You have experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- You possess a strong understanding of various recruitment strategies and best practices.
- You exhibit robust interpersonal skills and a passion for building professional relationships.
