Key Responsibilities

  • Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit for specific roles.
  • Manage and update candidate databases, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their hiring requirements and provide suitable candidate profiles.
  • Prepare candidates for client interviews, offering guidance and feedback to enhance their performance.
  • Facilitate the offer and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for placed candidates.
  • Contribute to market research, staying informed about industry trends and talent availability.

Requirements

Must-Haves:

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • You possess 1-3 years of proven experience in recruitment or a general HR role, preferably within a job placement consultancy.
  • You demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • You have strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • You are proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Nice-to-Haves:

  • You have experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • You possess a strong understanding of various recruitment strategies and best practices.
  • You exhibit robust interpersonal skills and a passion for building professional relationships.
