You will engage in proactive outbound calling, effectively communicate our comprehensive placement services, and generate valuable leads. Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective candidates and clients, introducing Krishiv Job Placement's services.
- Clearly articulate the benefits and features of our various placement and recruitment solutions.
- Actively listen to understand candidate aspirations and client requirements.
- Generate qualified leads and efficiently schedule appointments for our senior consultants.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system.
- Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service, building positive relationships and ensuring a professional experience.
Requirements
Must-haves:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- A confident and persuasive telephone etiquette.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Basic proficiency in computer usage and MS Office applications.
- A results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to achieve targets.
- Minimum of 6 months to 2 years of experience in tele calling, customer service, or sales.
Nice-to-haves:
- Prior experience working in the recruitment, HR, or placement industry.
- Familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to communicate in additional regional languages.
