About the Role
Krishiv Job Placement is seeking a motivated and dynamic HR Executive to join our team. As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting our human resources functions, contributing to a positive employee experience, and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR department. You will be instrumental in managing various HR processes, from talent acquisition to employee relations, helping us build a strong, productive workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and manage our Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Support the implementation and adherence to company HR policies, procedures, and statutory compliance.
- Address employee queries, provide timely support on HR-related matters, and contribute to resolving workplace issues.
- Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation programs to ensure a smooth integration of new team members.
- Participate in performance management processes, employee engagement initiatives, and training and development programs.
Requirements
Must-haves:
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- You possess 1-3 years of relevant experience in an HR generalist or executive role.
- You demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You have a solid understanding of basic HR principles and Indian labor laws.
- You are proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Nice-to-haves:
- You have prior experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or HRIS.
- You possess a Post Graduate Diploma or MBA in Human Resources.
- You have experience in a recruitment or placement consultancy environment.
