About the Role

Krishiv Job Placement is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Qa & Qc Assistant Manager to lead and enhance our quality assurance and quality control initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the highest standards of quality across all processes and deliverables. You will manage a dedicated team, implement robust quality strategies, and drive a culture of continuous improvement, directly contributing to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise daily QA/QC operations, ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management systems and procedures.
  • Conduct thorough root cause analysis for non-conformances and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
  • Ensure strict compliance with relevant industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality policies.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed QA/QC documentation, reports, and records for audit and review purposes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing best practices.
  • Provide training and mentorship to the QA/QC team, fostering skill development and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Must-haves:

  • You possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical discipline.
  • You have 4+ years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
  • You demonstrate strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, GMP, or similar industry standards).
  • You are proficient in implementing quality tools and methodologies (e.g., SPC, FMEA, 8D problem-solving).
  • You exhibit excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • You possess strong communication, interpersonal, and team leadership skills.

Nice-to-haves:

  • A Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, ASQ certifications).
  • Experience working with diverse industrial processes or product lines.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis software.
