## About the Role
Krishiv Job Placement is seeking an experienced and data-driven PPC Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in conceptualizing, executing, and optimizing high-performance pay-per-click advertising campaigns across various platforms. You will leverage your analytical prowess and technical expertise to drive measurable results, enhance ROI, and ensure our digital advertising strategies consistently outperform.
## Key Responsibilities
* Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive PPC strategies across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant platforms.
* Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
* Rigorously monitor campaign performance, analyze data trends, and provide actionable insights for continuous optimization.
* Design and execute A/B tests for ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, and targeting to maximize campaign effectiveness.
* Manage daily budgets, perform bid adjustments, and ensure optimal spend allocation to achieve client objectives.
* Generate detailed performance reports, clearly communicating campaign progress, ROI, and strategic recommendations.
* Stay abreast of the latest PPC industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
## Requirements
**Must-haves:**
* You possess proven experience as a PPC Engineer, PPC Specialist, or a similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
* You demonstrate expert-level proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other major PPC campaign management platforms.
* You exhibit exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
* You are highly proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
* You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly.
**Nice-to-haves:**
* You hold certifications in Google Ads or other relevant digital advertising platforms.
* You have experience with marketing automation tools or scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for PPC tasks.
* You are familiar with landing page optimization (LPO) best practices and A/B testing methodologies.
* You have exposure to other digital marketing channels like SEO, social media advertising, or content marketing.
